The 2009 Rodeo Uncorked! Champion Wine Auction and Dinner will be held Saturday, March 7. A reception and the pairing of the champion wines with a special seated dinner began the exciting evening of bidding for the award-winning wines from the competition.
The historically sold-out event starts with a reception, featuring the award-winning wines, and a silent auction followed by an elegant, seated dinner.

The evening continues with bidding on the Champion Wines. In 2008, the auction set two new record prices. Grand Champion, Stags’ Leap napa Cabernet California, for $201,000 and Reserve Grand Champion, Orogeny Vineyards Pinot Noir Green Valley, for $126,000. The 2008 Champion Wine Auction brought a total of $1,120,900.
